What you can expect from me
You can expect me to be involved, curious, and respectful, but sometimes also direct. Everything is intended to let you get the best out of yourself.
I’d love to walk with you for a while to help you find your way again when you’re having a hard time. Sometimes with a wink and a smile, but sometimes by confronting you with your beliefs and behaviors and their impact on your life. Because I know from my own experience that it can be tough to see precisely those beliefs and behaviors and to ask yourself how true they are. and

Qualifications
I am a Work & Divorce specialist with extensive experience in guiding employees who are in a (divorce) divorce. I strive for sustainable employability of the employee in question.
As an expert by experience, I know very well how a (divorce) divorce can affect your functioning, both privately and in the workplace. There is so much coming at you, practical matters, sadness, a grieving process, children who have to get used to a new situation, possibly looking for another place to live, and much more. How do you ensure that you do the right things well and continue to do your work, often one of the few constant factors in this hectic period, with energy and pleasure?
I am also a Heal Your Life© Trainer and Coach. I also use the knowledge and experience I gained during this process during supervision.

Resilience for me
Resilience to me means realizing that I always have a choice. At 43, I was confronted with a chronic illness that significantly impacted my life.
I could no longer do the work I did, Financial Director at a fast-growing healthcare institution, which gave me much energy. I then found a place for my 2nd track reintegration myself, and after a few years, I finally started all over again for myself.
During my divorce, my resilience helped me a lot; I could switch gears quickly and therefore didn’t get stuck in matters that I couldn’t change.
Finally, I see resilience as a muscle you must keep training. I do this by following training courses in personal leadership, keeping track of my skills, and reading.
